Product Operations Associate

Paxos is rebuilding global financial infrastructure from the ground up. The company has spent over a decade developing blockchain systems that tokenize, custody, trade and settle assets for major financial institutions including PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard, Interactive Brokers and Charles Schwab. Their mission is to open the world's financial system to everyone by enabling instant movement of any asset in a trustworthy way.

The Product Operations team at Paxos bridges customers and products, transforming ideas into market-leading solutions. This group manages the daily execution of stablecoin operations at scale, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and collaborates across product, engineering and customer success to shepherd new offerings from conception through launch.

What you'll do

• Oversee critical operations managing billions of dollars in cryptocurrency and fiat transfers that power major financial institutions
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design workflows and systems capable of scaling innovative products
• Investigate customer issues, analyze data patterns and bring solutions to life
• Develop deep expertise in blockchain technology, stablecoins and enterprise cryptocurrency platforms
• Navigate unexpected challenges to maintain superior customer experiences
• Rotate across different projects to identify where your interests and strengths create the most impact

What you'll bring

• Early-career professional with zero to two years of work experience; based in or willing to work from the New York City headquarters
• Strong attention to detail combined with comfort operating in fast-paced, undefined situations
• Natural ability to manage multiple competing priorities and see projects through to completion
• Genuine curiosity about how digital financial systems operate at scale
• Comfort collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members across the organization
• Interest in exploring diverse career paths within fintech and financial technology
• Background in finance, consulting, technology, operations or related fields considered valuable though not required

Nice to have

• Previous experience in fintech or demonstrated interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
