The Financial Services team is looking for a Product Operations Analyst to join their New York office. You'll support the operational backbone of Ripple's 24x7 product suite, ensuring that settlement, reconciliation, and fund movement run smoothly across crypto and fiat assets. Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Trading, Treasury, and Risk teams to keep operations reliable, fast, and scalable.

Here's what the role involves

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Trading, and Treasury teams to execute timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds across multiple products
• Reconcile positions and balances across business operations, including company-issued stablecoins
• Monitor and respond to exceptions, breaks, and market activity across different asset types—cryptocurrencies, derivatives, cleared and OTC instruments
• Record transactions accurately in Ripple's systems of record to maintain precise bookkeeping entries
• Work with key collaborators to document and understand existing finance operational workflows
• Provide operational support to a globally distributed customer base around the clock, including weekends and holidays
• Support a follow-the-sun shift model aligned to your regional time zone

You'll bring hands-on experience in operations, settlement, and reconciliation. Real-time monitoring, exception handling, and systematic problem-solving are core to how you work. You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-moving environments where efficiency matters. A background in markets and financial instruments—whether cleared, OTC, crypto, or derivatives—is expected. SQL experience and familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles are valuable. Bonus points for experience with agentic AI tools like Claude. You're willing to work weekend shifts as part of the global operations team.
