You'll join as the primary designer on the marketing team, responsible for elevating the visual presence of two distinct brands: 0x, the onchain routing infrastructure, and Matcha, the consumer DEX aggregator. This is a hands-on senior role requiring you to balance high-craft visual design with the practical urgency of sales and marketing operations. You'll spend roughly 90 percent of your time on 0x branding and 10 percent supporting Matcha. The position requires availability during U.S. Pacific business hours.

What you'll do

• Develop and evolve the visual identity and comprehensive brand guidelines for 0x across all customer and partner touchpoints.

• Create and maintain an organized library of sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates, and partner kits.

• Design web pages spanning landing pages, product pages, and comparison pages.

• Produce social graphics for both 0x and Matcha.

• Lead design from concept through final execution for campaign launches and major sales or industry moments.

• Build reusable brand and marketing templates and components that enable non-designers to execute campaigns, social content, and sales materials with confidence.

• Monitor evolving design trends in crypto, DeFi, and fintech sectors.

What you'll bring

• Minimum four years of brand design experience with at least one year working in crypto, DeFi, or emerging technology sectors.

• A portfolio demonstrating shipped brand work across web, social, and sales channels.

• Proven experience shaping and extending a visual identity system rather than simply executing within an existing one.

• Strong typography and layout capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.

• Expert proficiency in Figma, including building reusable templates, components, and design systems.

• Practical fluency with AI design tools and demonstrated ability to leverage them for both speed and quality improvement.

• Track record of close collaboration with marketing and sales teams, translating business objectives into compelling design solutions.

• Clear communication skills with ability to present design thinking and defend strategic decisions.

• Self-directed approach: you identify what needs doing and execute without waiting for direction, adapting fluidly as priorities evolve.

• Capability to attend annual in-person team offsites globally.

• Experience building and launching pages in Webflow with working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
