Senior DevOps Engineer, United States

Crypto.com is a leading cryptocurrency platform founded in 2016, now serving over 150 million users globally. The company is on a mission to get cryptocurrency into every wallet by building secure, compliant infrastructure that powers digital finance at scale. They're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Engineering team and tackle the complex infrastructure challenges that support a high-performance exchange serving users worldwide.

In this hybrid role based in the United States, you'll own critical systems that keep Crypto.com's platform running reliably. You'll develop monitoring and observability tools for applications and infrastructure, design system architectures that scale, and build cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles. You'll manage Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, implement disaster recovery and backup solutions, and work to automate and streamline operations across the organization. Your work touches every stage of product development, from early brainstorming through launch, and you'll communicate across teams to solve problems efficiently.

Your background includes at least 4 years in DevOps and AWS, with solid hands-on experience in Terraform and Kubernetes. You've built large-scale CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications, worked with monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana, and managed logging infrastructure using tools like Fluentbit or Loki. You're comfortable with Linux and network fundamentals, can write maintainable code, and have experience maintaining high-availability, low-latency systems. You collaborate effectively across time zones (APAC and EMEA) and can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders with strong communication skills. A genuine interest in technology and financial services matters to this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto exchange infrastructure and the unique demands of high-throughput trading systems
