Senior Technical Product Manager - Keet (100% Remote)

Keet, Tether's flagship peer-to-peer messaging and calling application, represents a new category of private communication. Built entirely on Holepunch's decentralized stack with no servers or middlemen, Keet enables direct encrypted conversations between users. The company is searching for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own Keet's vision and lead it to serve a billion users as a competitor to WhatsApp and Telegram.

What you'll do

• Own the long-term product vision for Keet as a leading private communication platform, including a clear growth path to 1 billion users and a competitive analysis against WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, LINE, WeChat and emerging alternatives.
• Develop deep technical fluency in the Holepunch P2P stack (Pear runtime, Bare, Hypercore, Hyperswarm, HyperDHT, Autobase, Hyperbee) and translate its capabilities into concrete product decisions for scaling challenges like NAT traversal, offline sync, multi-device support, large groups, push notifications, and mobile efficiency.
• Lead real-time calling quality across 1:1 and group voice, video and screen sharing to match or exceed Google Meet and Zoom standards.
• Use AI tools to prototype and validate concepts in days, turning ideas into working demos the team and board can evaluate before committing engineering resources.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from sprint planning through prioritization, standups, reviews and retrospectives, owning every deliverable from conception through testing and post-launch iteration.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, QA, design, marketing and business stakeholders within Holepunch and the wider Tether ecosystem.
• Present product strategy, metrics and progress to board and executive leadership with clarity and conviction.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience shipping consumer chat or calling applications at scale.
• Hands-on technical depth in peer-to-peer architecture and willingness to engage deeply with protocol-level challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to move at speed, using AI tools and rapid iteration to compress concept-to-validation cycles significantly.
• A track record of thriving in high-ownership roles where you move from strategy to execution without delegation, reading every ticket and catching problems before they become launch incidents.
• Strong English communication skills and comfort working asynchronously in a fully remote, global environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage five workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of priorities.
• The conviction to challenge assumptions and ask uncomfortable questions early.

This role is entirely remote and full-time. You will be expected to define where Keet goes, convince leadership that direction is right, and drive the execution that gets it there.
