What you'll do

• Run go-to-market recruiting processes end-to-end, supporting hiring for SDRs and GTM Associates across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions

• Manage interview coordination and logistics across multiple time zones, maintaining speed and eliminating process bottlenecks

• Serve as the primary candidate contact, communicating clearly and professionally throughout the entire hiring journey to ensure a thoughtful experience

• Maintain accurate candidate data in Ashby, track progress and next steps, collect timely interview feedback, and keep processes on track

• Conduct reference checks and synthesize findings to support hiring teams in making informed decisions

• Partner with the GTM Talent Lead, GTM Manager, and Head of GTM to align on priorities, assess pipeline health, and drive continuous improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in recruiting processes and propose scalable infrastructure solutions for the growing global team

What you'll bring

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations roles

• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple roles and candidates across overlapping timelines

• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders

• High ownership mentality with strong judgment to proactively identify and solve problems

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, particularly Ashby, and modern productivity tools

• Comfort operating across time zones and thriving in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments

• Autonomous, self-directed work style with comfort embracing ambiguity

• Curiosity about AI, technology, and finance alongside a collaborative, thoughtful, and organized approach
