The Secure Ecosystem team is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to design, build, and operate the platforms and security-first configuration that powers the organization's IT infrastructure. You will work in a small, high-ownership team where what you build becomes the foundation that IT Operations depends on daily.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain IT systems across the organization using core platforms including Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Cloudflare, applying security-first principles throughout
• Source, evaluate, and procure new tools by conducting vendor assessments and managing the procurement process to meet business needs
• Own the complete lifecycle of vendor contracts, tracking renewal dates, terms, costs, and identifying renegotiation opportunities before deadlines pass
• Serve as the primary contact for vendor account management and contract matters across the IT estate
• Partner with IT Operations to translate operational requirements into system configuration and tooling decisions
• Lead projects independently with minimal senior management input while keeping stakeholders informed and collaborative with the wider team
• Participate in IT on-call rotation and provide operational support as needed

What you'll bring

• Seven or more years of IT engineering experience, ideally in SaaS-heavy environments subject to regulatory requirements
• Solid working knowledge of modern IT stacks used in regulated settings, particularly SaaS platforms, identity management, and endpoint solutions
• Proven track record managing vendor relationships, including evaluation, procurement, contract renewal, and negotiation
• Ability to work autonomously, drive projects to completion with minimal oversight, and remain collaborative across teams
• Comfort operating in small teams with high ownership expectations
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with professional English proficiency
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Nice to have

• Background in financial services or the crypto and digital asset space
• Hands-on familiarity with Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, or Cloudflare Zero Trust
• Experience with ITSM and change management tooling such as JSM
