The Corporate IT team is hiring an IT Engineer to join the Security group in a remote, full-time role. This is a junior-level position designed for someone motivated by systems thinking who wants to grow expertise in identity management and automation-focused IT operations. You will report to the IT Operations Engineer and work closely with the broader Security team to operate and continuously enhance a modern, SaaS-first, highly automated technology environment.

What you'll do

• Administer identity and access management platforms such as Okta, managing user lifecycle workflows, provisioning, group management, multifactor authentication, and least-privilege access principles
• Support SSO and SCIM integrations connecting IAM systems with SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and internal applications
• Manage macOS endpoints using platforms like Addigy or Iru, handling enrollment, compliance monitoring, device logistics, and lifecycle workflows
• Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes including account provisioning, device setup, role-based access enforcement, and secure asset recovery
• Build and maintain low-code and no-code automations using Okta Workflows to reduce manual work and improve operational reliability
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support for identity, SaaS applications, access issues, and macOS devices, with structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Support vendor lifecycle management including onboarding, access reviews, and offboarding while maintaining visibility into contracts and usage

What you'll bring

• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems-focused roles with exposure to SaaS-heavy environments
• Solid understanding of identity and access management fundamentals including SSO, SCIM, MFA, and role-based access control
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta or Azure Active Directory
• Experience supporting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments
• Proficiency with macOS environments or strong endpoint management fundamentals
• Comfort working in terminal and CLI environments and ability to read and modify scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting

Nice to have

• Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Addigy, JAMF, Iru, or Intune
• Background building low-code or no-code automations
• Familiarity with SaaS-first and identity-driven IT architectures
• Knowledge of vendor management or asset lifecycle tracking
• Relevant certifications including Okta, CompTIA, Google Workspace, or Microsoft credentials
