Treasury Associate (Data & Automation)

The Finance & Administration team sits at the heart of Crypto.com's operations, spanning financial controls, business performance management, procurement, digital transformation, tax, treasury and operations. You'll join the Corporate Treasury function in a hybrid role based in Hong Kong, working alongside colleagues dedicated to optimizing global finance initiatives while managing detailed, fast-paced workstreams.

Your day-to-day work includes

• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and verifying data across multiple reporting systems and risk perspectives
• Monitoring digital asset balances at specified cut-off times and tracking movements across blockchain and internal holdings
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly treasury reports with accurate, timely information
• Developing and streamlining treasury workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners on routine treasury operations
• Supporting ad hoc analytical projects and special assignments as priorities shift

You'll need a degree in finance, accounting, or economics. Experience in banking, fintech, cryptocurrency or blockchain is valuable. Your core strengths should include basic data analysis capability and some programming experience—ideally you're comfortable with Tableau, VBA, and Excel formulas. What matters most is your eye for detail, your ability to follow procedures rigorously, and your capacity to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where accuracy and speed both matter.
