Treausry Associate

Crypto.com is a global cryptocurrency platform founded in 2016 that has grown to serve over 150 million customers worldwide. The company is focused on making cryptocurrency accessible to everyone through secure, compliant infrastructure and innovative products. You'll join the Finance and Administration team in Hong Kong, working across financial controls, treasury, procurement, and operations to support the company's mission of putting cryptocurrency in every wallet.

The Treasury Associate role sits within the Corporate team and offers a hybrid work arrangement in Hong Kong. You'll report to the Treasury function and contribute across multiple areas of cash and capital management for a fast-growing crypto organization.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Treasury team, handling day-to-day operations and coordination
• Manage bank accounts and relationships, including negotiating bank facilities and implementing new banking structures and controls
• Assist with capital structure analysis and run simulations for senior management review
• Support global cash management and forecasting processes, including short-term funding strategies and foreign exchange execution
• Help develop and implement automated systems to handle both fiat and digital asset processes
• Monitor liquidity forecasts and work with product and finance teams to optimize funding, foreign exchange, and digital asset positions
• Ensure risk and control measures are embedded in daily work, escalating issues appropriately

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
• Strong Excel proficiency, including V-Lookup functions
• Familiarity with Tableau and SQL or equivalent tools
• Solid command of both English and Chinese
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and self-motivate
• Comfort identifying complex issues and proposing solutions

Nice to have

• One to two years of treasury experience (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
• Familiarity with digital assets and cryptocurrency operations
