VP, ArchViz & M&E Strategy (m/f/d)

As VP of ArchViz and M&E Strategy, you will shape the future direction of Chaos's visualization and entertainment verticals. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product ownership across V-Ray, Corona, Vantage, and Anima. You will define market positioning, portfolio investment decisions, and growth priorities while aligning product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams around a unified vision.

What you'll do

• Develop long-term strategy for the ArchViz and M&E verticals, including target segments, competitive positioning, and investment allocation decisions
• Own portfolio strategy for V-Ray, Corona, Vantage, and Anima, determining where to invest, integrate, simplify, or pivot
• Lead Chaos's real-time visualization strategy, defining how customers move seamlessly between offline and real-time creation and rendering workflows
• Identify and drive AI opportunities across generative capabilities, intelligent automation, scene understanding, and workflow acceleration while maintaining professional-grade quality and control
• Drive business performance including revenue, ARR growth, adoption, retention, cross-product adoption, and monetization strategy in partnership with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Spend meaningful time with customers, studios, architecture firms, VFX teams, and industry leaders to understand professional creator needs
• Monitor competitive landscape across rendering, real-time visualization, AI, and professional creative software to inform strategic action
• Align cross-functional teams around ArchViz and M&E strategy through clear communication, informed trade-offs, and accountability
• Establish operating rhythm for planning, product reviews, roadmap decisions, and business performance tracking
• Build business cases for major investments and allocate resources to highest-value opportunities

What you'll bring

• Track record leading multiple products or a complete product portfolio within product management, business strategy, or general management roles
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable revenue and customer growth in subscription software or SaaS environments
• Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization, and subscription business models
• Ability to work credibly with technically sophisticated products and engineering teams on complex technical decisions
• Strong point of view on market direction and how product portfolios should position to win, communicated with conviction to executives and cross-functional partners
• Skill translating market, customer, and competitive insights into disciplined portfolio and product decisions
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority, building shared strategic momentum

Nice to have

• Background in 3D, rendering, ArchViz, VFX, animation, real-time visualization, games technology, CAD/BIM, AI, or professional creative software
• Direct experience with V-Ray, Corona, Vantage, or Anima
• Work experience in the United Kingdom with valid work permit
