This Business Development Specialist role focuses on expanding Bybit Pay across Central and Eastern European markets. You'll be based remotely and report to the Europe team, driving growth initiatives in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Slovenia. This position offers the chance to shape payment infrastructure adoption in a rapidly evolving region while working alongside a global team of builders and innovators.

What you'll do

• Own the full growth pipeline for Bybit Pay market expansion, from initial opportunity identification through partnership closure and activation
• Identify, acquire, and manage merchant relationships alongside payment service providers, fintech partners, Web3 projects, and community leaders across your assigned regions
• Execute the complete business development cycle including market mapping, lead generation, pitch strategy, contract negotiation, and partnership implementation
• Collaborate with Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Operations, and Marketing teams to scale payment use cases and drive adoption
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies targeting high-potential payment corridors for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto flows
• Support cross-border payment solutions including settlement channels, payout mechanisms, and merchant integration initiatives
• Gather market intelligence, collect partner feedback, and provide competitive analysis to guide product development decisions
• Represent Bybit at industry conferences, events, and ecosystem partnerships within your markets
