The company brings together researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders focused on creating reliable and interpretable AI that serves society. - Collaborate with sales teams worldwide to identify target accounts and buying committees, build programs that deepen relationships within existing customers, and create new revenue opportunities
- Partner with product marketing and solutions marketing teams to translate technical positioning and use cases into executable field campaigns, events, and enablement materials
- Create playbooks, program kits, speaker guidance, and event recommendations that allow regional field marketers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to run locally relevant programs without building from scratch
- Design and execute major cybersecurity events including executive dinners, practitioner workshops, and Anthropic's presence at industry conferences like RSAC, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit, and Infosecurity Europe
- Extend integrated global campaigns into regional programs that resonate with CISOs, practitioners, and buying committees, bringing field insights and customer feedback into campaign planning
- Establish measurement frameworks with marketing operations teams to track sourced and influenced pipeline, account expansion, program attribution, and return on investment
What you'll bring
- Deep working knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape including security operations, detection and response, threat intelligence, application security, vulnerability management, cloud security, and governance and risk management, with enough technical credibility to engage both CISOs and hands-on practitioners
- Proven success partnering with sales on pipeline growth and account expansion, including account-based marketing and executive engagement programs with measurable results
- Experience executing both integrated campaigns and field marketing initiatives, with judgment about which approach fits each objective
- A track record leading programs across multiple regions and enabling distributed teams to execute them effectively
- Ability to influence and set direction for campaigns and regional teams who do not report directly to you
- Comfort building strategy in ambiguity and defining new playbooks as this market motion develops
- Strong partnership skills working alongside technical experts and product marketers, translating their insights into field-executable programs
- Flexibility to adapt programs across enterprise, mid-market, and high-growth customer segments
- Rigor in pipeline attribution and comfort collaborating with sales and operations on measurement
