Lead Product Marketing Manager, Tokenization and Web3

The company is launching Vision Chain, its own OP Stack Layer 2 blockchain designed to bring regulated finance onchain. This role positions you as the first product marketing specialist dedicated to Web3, responsible for how Vision Chain and all Web3 products built on it will be positioned, launched and commercialized across Bitpanda's customer base, financial institutions and developer partners.

What you'll do

• Develop positioning and messaging for each Web3 product including Vision Chain, Vision Wallet, tokenization features, DeFi products within the Bitpanda app and future Web3 verticals, tailored for retail customers, institutional buyers and ecosystem partners.

• Manage the Web3 launch calendar, coordinating partner and ecosystem launches while aligning central marketing, customer relationship management, in-app experiences, localization and public relations teams.

• Create and execute customer campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging and social channels that help everyday investors understand tokenized and onchain products including associated risks.

• Build sales materials and positioning for business development work with banks, asset managers and partners, including joint announcements and case studies.

• Partner with Legal and Compliance throughout the creation process to ensure all messaging is clear, fair and compliant with MiCA and other EU regulations.

• Establish success metrics before each launch and track adoption, retention and revenue impact working with the data team.

What you'll bring

• Six or more years of product marketing experience with time spent in either a regulated financial services business or a cryptocurrency company operating under MiCA regulations.

• Deep knowledge of how MiCA, MiFID and EU consumer credit regulations affect marketing messaging and product positioning.

• Demonstrated fluency explaining cryptocurrency concepts such as wallets, Layer 2 networks, stablecoins and tokenized assets to general audiences.

• Experience launching cryptocurrency or investment products with previous exposure to tokenization, real-world assets or institutional markets as a strong advantage.

• Track record running partner launches or creating marketing materials used by sales and business development teams.

• Ability to write marketing copy and execute launches through teams you don't directly manage, with evidence of building marketing processes from the ground up.

• Comfort using AI tools for research, drafting and analysis, combined with disciplined data practices to validate claims and measure activation and retention metrics.

• Fluency in German language.
