Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps)

As an Infrastructure Engineer at Ondo, you'll own critical systems that power the platform underlying all financial products and services. Your team manages cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and developer tooling that every engineering team depends on. You'll work across diverse systems rather than specializing in one area, collaborating closely with both infrastructure engineers and application developers to solve real production challenges.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain reliable infrastructure supporting customer-facing financial services
• Design and improve continuous integration, deployment automation, and release processes
• Expand application monitoring and alerting capabilities across production systems
• Participate in on-call rotation with other infrastructure and development engineers
• Debug and resolve production incidents affecting user-facing and internal services
• Deploy, inspect, and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads in real production environments
• Write infrastructure-as-code and configuration to support application teams

What you'll bring

• Hands-on Kubernetes experience including deploying, inspecting, and debugging workloads
• Strong understanding of Linux internals and operating system concepts
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code or infrastructure-as-data methodologies
• Familiarity with GitOps approaches to managing applications
• Working knowledge of the Prometheus stack or comparable monitoring solutions
• Genuine curiosity about learning new technologies and exploring how systems work
• Ability to take on increasing ownership as you learn Ondo's systems

Nice to have

• Production experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Programming skills in Go, Python, or other modern languages
• Experience managing stateful workloads in production environments
