What you'll do

• Own and deliver technical projects across identity management, endpoint management, office infrastructure, automation, and compliance as the IT team expands during a period of rapid company growth

• Partner with Security and Operations teams to secure endpoints, offices, networks, and SaaS tools while keeping employees productive with their technology resources

• Manage enterprise-scale identity and access management systems using tools like Okta and Google Workspace, implementing SAML, SCIM, and OIDC protocols

• Deploy and oversee mobile device management solutions using platforms such as Jamf or Kandji across your device fleet

• Build automated solutions using Python, Bash, or similar languages to handle compliance checks, device configuration, and security tasks

• Manage office network equipment including Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti systems, supporting office infrastructure buildouts

What you'll bring

• Extensive hands-on experience in IT Engineering, Technical Operations, or DevOps-related roles with a strong automation-first mindset

• Deep knowledge of identity and access management technologies and hands-on experience with enterprise identity platforms

• Proven expertise managing mobile device fleets at scale using industry-standard MDM tools

• Demonstrated scripting and automation capabilities with a track record of improving security and compliance through code

• Experience maintaining SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance standards, combined with a user-focused approach to support

• Background working in high-growth or startup environments where priorities shift quickly

Nice to have

• Prior experience implementing corporate security controls or working in security-focused roles

• Hands-on expertise with VPNs, firewalls, and Zero Trust networking approaches

• Familiarity with OSquery, Santa, Terraform, or infrastructure-as-code tools

• Open source contributions demonstrating your passion for building automation tools
