The Role

You will join OKX's global Web3 Growth Team to drive ecosystem development and support worldwide expansion of Web3 initiatives. Working across markets and regions, you will collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, Marketing, and other functions to uncover opportunities where Web3 and traditional financial assets intersect. This is a global position requiring strategic thinking and the ability to operate across multiple time zones and cultures.

What you'll do

• Define and execute global growth strategies for Web3 products and ecosystem initiatives, driving user adoption and sustainable business expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, Marketing, and cross-functional partners globally to identify and prioritize market and ecosystem opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry participants, projects, technology providers, and ecosystem partners to enable strategic collaboration.
• Analyze user needs and market trends, translating these insights into product positioning, user experience improvements, and growth recommendations.
• Lead go-to-market and growth initiatives for new products, markets, and ecosystem opportunities across regions.
• Monitor developments in real-world assets, asset digitization, and the broader Web3 landscape, converting market insights into actionable business and product opportunities.
• Measure initiative performance using data and user insights, continuously refining growth strategies based on results.
• Independently drive complex strategic initiatives across regions and teams.

What you'll bring

• At least 6 years of professional experience in financial services, FinTech, internet, crypto/Web3, or comparable industries.
• Deep knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem and its participants.
• Prior experience in Growth, Product Operations, Business Development, Partnerships, or Ecosystem development roles.
• Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset, capable of translating market opportunities into scalable growth strategies.
• Excellent commercial communication, partnership management, and ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects in global, multicultural, and fast-paced settings.
• Data-driven approach with strong results orientation and personal accountability.
• Fluent English proficiency and proven ability to work effectively with global teams and external stakeholders.
