Partner Account Manager - Italy

You will join Anthropic's sales organization as Partner Account Manager for Italy, where you will build and scale a portfolio of strategic partnerships with consulting firms, global systems integrators, and boutique AI-native partners. This is a builder role focused on creating revenue-generating partnership engines from the ground up in the Italian market. You will own the strategic roadmap, investment decisions, and revenue accountability for your partnership portfolio, which will become critical drivers of enterprise growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute structured partnership strategies with detailed stakeholder mapping, account plans, and targeted engagement approaches for each partner relationship
• Guide partners in building repeatable customer solutions tailored to specific use cases across financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, public sector, and professional services
• Own key performance indicators including partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue, trained and certified consultants, and joint proposals submitted
• Establish success metrics with each partner and conduct regular business reviews against targets, providing data-driven insights on partnership health and commercial outcomes
• Architect joint deals for customer success and long-term value expansion, ensuring proper implementation support and continuous improvement feedback loops
• Develop and execute market-specific go-to-market strategies adapted to Italian business practices, regulatory considerations, and data sovereignty requirements
• Build Anthropic's brand presence in Italy through strategic partnership relationships and competitive differentiation

What you'll bring

• 12 or more years of enterprise technology partnership experience, ideally in cloud, AI/ML, or platform-based businesses
• Proven track record of building partnerships from zero to scaled revenue engines, not simply managing inherited portfolios
• Fluency in both English and Italian
• Existing relationships at VP level and above within target partner organizations
• Data-driven approach with demonstrated focus on measurable outcomes and KPI achievement, including incremental revenue generation through partnerships
• Strong history of delivering exceptional customer success and brand protection through partner channels
• Cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, product, marketing, and regional teams
• Genuine passion for AI and commitment to Anthropic's mission of beneficial artificial intelligence development

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of regional regulatory, compliance, and data sovereignty considerations in Southern Europe
• Experience with competitive positioning and differentiation strategies in emerging technology markets

What they offer

• Annual compensation between EUR 185,000 and EUR 220,000, representing on-target earnings including base salary and sales commissions

• Hybrid working arrangement with expectation of office presence at least 25% of the time
• Based in Milan with travel expected for partner and customer engagement plus international travel
