Program Manager

The Service & Delivery team in Dubai is hiring a Program Manager to oversee multiple Ripple Treasury implementations across the Middle East. You'll manage the full lifecycle of concurrent client projects, acting as the bridge between day-to-day execution and senior leadership. This is a hands-on role where you balance program-level oversight with direct client partnership, ensuring implementations stay on track, within scope, and deliver measurable outcomes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead program delivery across a portfolio of simultaneous Ripple Treasury implementations in the Middle East region, coordinating progress across solutions, internal teams, and client partners.

Serve as the primary executive contact for client sponsors and leadership, building relationships and aligning stakeholders on scope, timelines, and business results.

Build and maintain program plans, resource schedules, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards that meet Ripple Treasury's standards.

Spot cross-project dependencies, risks, and escalations early. Drive resolution with urgency across both internal and external teams.

Run steering committee meetings, executive status updates, and post-implementation reviews with clients and company leadership.

Coach individual Project Managers on their engagements, review quality, and unblock critical issues.

Work across Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to keep delivery aligned with client needs and company goals.

Strengthen PMO processes through governance, change management, and continuous improvement as the team grows.

WHAT YOU BRING

At least 5 years managing programs or projects, with 2+ years on enterprise SaaS, software, or professional services implementations.

Track record running complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously with remote teams, global resources, and partner-led components.

Strong stakeholder management across all levels—from individual contributors to C-suite executives.

Experience collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners like Systems Integrators and consulting firms.

Knowledge of treasury, cash management, and financial risk processes. Experience with Ripple Treasury, GTreasury, Kyriba, or comparable platforms is advantageous.

Ability to identify program risks and drive resolution in fast-paced, client-facing settings.

Clear written and verbal communication; you distill complex delivery updates into clean executive summaries.

Capability to mentor junior PMs and consultants while delivering your own program.

Experience serving Middle East clients or proven effectiveness across regional business practices, time zones, and work calendars.

Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
