You'll lead affiliate strategy and execution for the Mandarin-speaking market as a senior regional sales specialist, reporting to the global business development team. Working remotely from the APAC region, you'll source and nurture relationships with crypto communities, key opinion leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and professional traders to drive user acquisition and strengthen Bybit's market position.

What you'll do

• Identify, recruit, and develop affiliates with established communities of HNW clients, professional traders, and active crypto participants across Mandarin-speaking markets
• Source and manage relationships with crypto KOLs, influencers, and media channels; negotiate partnership terms, co-branded content initiatives, and referral programs to increase registrations and trading volume
• Build and maintain direct connections with high-net-worth individuals and trading groups, serving as their primary Bybit contact and ensuring access to OTC desks, VIP programs, and institutional-grade features
• Design creative, locally-relevant user acquisition strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of Mandarin-speaking crypto communities
• Monitor regulatory developments, competitor activity, and community sentiment across local and global markets; report insights to regional and global leadership
• Own affiliate acquisition OKRs including registration targets, deposit conversion rates, trading volume, and retention metrics; use data and segmentation to optimize return on investment
• Partner with product, compliance, marketing, and VIP teams to localize offerings and deliver a best-in-class experience for Mandarin-speaking users

What you'll bring

• Three or more years of professional experience in cryptocurrency, foreign exchange, fintech, or financial services, with demonstrated success building affiliate networks or business development pipelines from the ground up
• Expertise in business development or affiliate management, including deep understanding of referral economics, commission structures, and partner lifecycle management
• Strong project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple partner relationships, concurrent campaigns, and overlapping deadlines
• Data-driven approach to performance; fluency with acquisition OKRs such as cost per acquisition, lifetime value, deposit conversion, and volume per referred user
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese proficiency; ability to operate seamlessly between global headquarters and local market partners
• Self-directed work style; you identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute with minimal guidance

• Prior experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange and understanding exchange business development dynamics
• Background managing cross-timezone and cross-cultural teams within multinational organizations
