You will join Bybit's VIP team as the primary relationship manager for the Korea region, serving as the key contact for the company's most valued clients. Your role centers on building and maintaining a portfolio of high-value relationships while delivering exceptional service that drives loyalty and business growth.

What you'll do

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of global VIP clients, including institutional players, high-net-worth individuals, and private banking customers
• Maintain frequent communication with existing clients to deepen relationships and identify expansion opportunities
• Develop customer service processes, establish management frameworks, and monitor the status of key accounts
• Research client behavior patterns and needs, then prepare detailed analysis reports to inform strategy
• Coordinate with teams across departments to deliver tailored solutions and premium service experiences

What you'll bring

• Existing relationships and connections with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, or customers from private banking, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banking backgrounds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines
• Track record in sales or client services roles within international financial sectors such as banking or investments
• Genuine enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency industry and commitment to staying informed about market developments and emerging trends
