Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

Phantom is building a financial platform that puts open markets and self-custody at the center of how people everywhere interact with global finance. The platform has hit #1 in Google Play's finance category and partners with major players like Hyperliquid, Stripe, Kalshi and Visa. The company is around 180 people, fully remote, and backed by a $150M Series C from a16z, Sequoia Capital and Paradigm.

The Engineering team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead frontend development across Phantom's web platforms, starting with the Extension and website. You'll own feature development, drive new initiatives to expand blockchain support and launch complementary products, work directly with end-users and developers to gather feedback, and help build a strong engineering culture as the team grows.

Your background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience. You have 5+ years of full-time software engineering work, with solid expertise in React, TypeScript and React-Query. You're comfortable working with Solana web3.js or ethers.js. You're genuinely interested in open, community-driven platforms and can communicate fluently in English. Experience shipping blockchain-based projects is a plus.

You'll write production code daily, collaborate with a distributed team, and have real influence over product direction. The role is fully remote worldwide with flexible hours. This is a full-time position.
