The Predict team is focused on bringing prediction markets directly into the MetaMask wallet experience. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own critical infrastructure and user-facing features that enable millions of users to participate in prediction markets securely and intuitively.

What you'll do

• Design and implement front-end components and user experiences for prediction market interactions across MetaMask clients
• Build scalable backend services and APIs that deliver real-time market data, manage user positions, and facilitate transaction signing
• Integrate on-chain prediction market protocols seamlessly and securely into the wallet
• Optimize performance and security across Predict features while handling real-time data feeds and high-volume transaction throughput
• Contribute to architecture decisions that support millions of concurrent users

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience developing with mobile technologies
• 3+ years building websites and applications
• Proficiency with React and React Native
• Strong JavaScript expertise including ES6 and TypeScript
• Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals and Web3 integration patterns
• Knowledge of cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility considerations
• Experience working with APIs and middleware services
• Demonstrated commitment to clean code, testing, and coding standards
• Understanding of web security considerations

Nice to have

• Background with prediction markets, token trading, or sports betting
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and prediction market mechanisms
• Knowledge of digital financial products
• Experience in distributed teams or Web3-native companies
• Basic understanding of cryptography principles
• Experience with performance optimization techniques
