Software Engineer, Partner Solutions (Greece)

Mysten Labs is building foundational infrastructure for decentralized protocols and blockchain technologies. Mysten Labs works with developers and enterprises globally to create payment systems, decentralized finance applications, and coordination platforms on blockchain.

The Solutions Engineering team in Greece is looking for a Software Engineer to help design and build decentralized applications that serve blockchain developers and business partners worldwide. You'll work with senior engineers who will train you in Move programming language and smart contract development, while using AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.

What you'll do

• Design, implement and test full stack applications using AI coding agents to speed up development while maintaining code quality, security and maintainability.

• Partner with international clients to help them adopt solutions on the Sui blockchain, including occasional travel to support onboarding.

• Turn partner requirements into technical specifications and quickly prototype applications that show how Sui solves real business challenges.

• Build web interfaces using React, Next.js or Vue that enhance the developer experience on the platform.

• Learn the Sui blockchain's capabilities so you can leverage its features effectively and contribute ideas for how it should evolve.

• Study blockchain technology and your partners' industries to make informed technical choices.

What you'll bring

• A degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional software engineering experience.

• At least 2 years working as a software engineer in industry.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java or C#.

• Real experience with React, Next.js or Vue.

• Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude, Codex or Cursor, including writing clear prompts, reviewing generated code and testing the results.

• Knowledge of relational databases and key value stores.

• Comfort with Git and GitHub.

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust or Solidity.

• Basic understanding of distributed systems and system architecture.
