In this Solutions Architect role within the EMEA Professional Services team, you'll own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the region's largest banking and financial services clients. You're responsible for moving customers from contract signature through to production deployment, leading architecture design, integration planning, and deployment across their infrastructure. You'll also support the Sales organization by providing technical expertise during strategic pre-sales cycles.

Your responsibilities include

• Taking end-to-end accountability for solution delivery from deal close to production launch
• Designing enterprise customer deployments including API integrations, security architecture, and comprehensive documentation
• Managing complex integrations across core banking systems, custody solutions, tokenization platforms, and Travel Rule compliance through production
• Building reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to accelerate delivery across the region
• Bridging technical discussions between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve integration challenges
• Contributing technical discovery and solution design during pre-sales engagements
• Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence throughout delivery

You'll bring a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience. You've delivered post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments. You possess either blockchain and cryptography expertise or deep knowledge of banking and enterprise financial systems (ideally both). You have hands-on software development experience, strong IT security knowledge, and proven cloud experience. You understand enterprise architecture best practices and have demonstrated technical leadership through mentoring engineers or setting technical standards. Pre-sales exposure through solution architecture or sales engineering is valuable. You communicate fluently in English; additional EMEA languages are advantageous.
