Staff Program Manager – Product Operations & NPI

You'll join the Product Operations and New Product Introduction team as a Staff Program Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Product Operations and NPI. This hybrid role based in Santa Clara, California requires three days weekly in the office and offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives across product development, launch execution, and operational transformation at a company pioneering security innovation.

What you'll do

• Direct the execution of multiple product development and launch programs, ensuring on-time delivery and consistently high-quality outcomes across initiatives

• Serve as the central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, proactively identifying program risks and removing bottlenecks to maximize product innovation impact for stakeholders, sales, and technical teams

• Deliver regular progress updates to senior leadership and cross-functional partners, maintaining clear alignment around objectives and key milestones

• Redesign operational workflows and processes to enhance collaboration, scalability, and organizational effectiveness

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by systematically collecting and integrating feedback into process refinements

What you'll bring

• Eight or more years in Product Operations, Program Management, or New Product Introduction roles, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity companies

• Demonstrated expertise managing complex new product introductions and multi-workstream programs through exceptional cross-functional coordination

• Exceptional communication skills that align stakeholders across functions while providing clear, executive-level reporting

• Active engagement with AI tools and proven ability to integrate emerging technologies into daily workflows to enhance problem-solving and efficiency

• An ownership mindset paired with comfort operating in ambiguity, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a genuine commitment to team outcomes

Nice to have

• Proven track record leveraging AI technologies to drive measurable operational efficiency gains

• Experience orchestrating complex programs from conception through delivery while advocating for systematic improvement

• Demonstrated ability to identify program risks proactively and resolve bottlenecks efficiently

• Base salary range of 164,000 to 205,000 USD annually, plus commission, bonus, and equity eligibility where applicable
