This role offers you the opportunity to lead full-cycle recruitment for a rapidly growing London and European office. You'll build and own the talent pipeline for Strategic Opportunities and finance-adjacent roles, working closely with the cofounder and business leaders to source and secure top ex-front-office talent from banking, private equity, hedge funds, and trading backgrounds. Your work directly enables Rogo to scale world-class expertise into the UK and European business.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of senior ex-front-office finance professionals across London and Europe, focusing on banking, PE, hedge funds, trading, and corporate finance talent

• Partner with the cofounder and leadership to define role profiles, talent segmentation frameworks, and hiring priorities as the London presence expands

• Lead complete recruitment cycles from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding with discipline and precision

• Establish Rogo as an employer of choice in London and European finance circles through industry events, alumni engagement, and referral network development

• Serve as a trusted advisor on market mapping, compensation insights, and talent strategy for hiring managers and company leadership

• Manage external talent partnerships and agency relationships while leveraging ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, and other sourcing tools to optimize workflows

• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences with clear communication, timely feedback, and processes that reinforce company culture and diversity goals

What you'll bring

• At least five years of full-cycle recruitment experience with finance, front-office, or similarly competitive talent pools

• Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and converting passive candidates in high-pressure markets

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems such as Ashby, and recruiting analytics

• Strong consultative mindset with ability to influence hiring strategy and coach stakeholders at all levels, including founders

• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and urgency

• Excellent communication and polished presence for candidate and stakeholder interactions

• Curiosity about finance, data, and how top talent creates lasting impact

• Comfort thriving in fast-paced startup environments with ambiguity and ownership-oriented mindset
