Trading Support Analyst

A crypto trading firm is seeking a Trading Support Analyst to join their Trading team. You'll be the operational backbone for their systematic trading operations across prediction markets, equities, and crypto. Based in Hong Kong, London, or the United States (hybrid), you'll monitor live systems, troubleshoot production issues, and help the team execute trades smoothly at scale.

What you'll do

• Monitor live trading systems, strategies, orders, positions, P&L, and risk in real time, acting as the first line of support when things go wrong
• Investigate and resolve exceptions around orders, positions, P&L reconciliation, and trading-system issues
• Coordinate across traders, quantitative developers, exchanges, and brokers to diagnose and fix live trading problems
• Support strategy deployments, system releases, testing, and production changes
• Analyze exchange events, outages, and connectivity issues to identify operational risks
• Build tools and automation to improve monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting
• Maintain operational procedures and controls for production trading and participate in rotating weekend coverage

What you'll bring

• 3+ years in electronic trading, trade support, trading operations, or related production support roles
• Strong grasp of electronic trading mechanics: order lifecycle, positions, P&L, and risk management
• Ability to troubleshoot calmly and methodically in fast-moving environments
• Solid Python or scripting skills; SQL experience a plus
• Experience working with large trading and market datasets
• Sharp analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent quantitative field (or equivalent relevant experience)

Nice to have

• Background supporting systematic, algorithmic, or market-making trading
• Exposure to prediction markets, equities, crypto, futures, options, or derivatives
• Familiarity with exchange APIs, FIX protocol, order-book data, or real-time trading systems
