Account Manager

Token2049 is the world's leading Web3 and crypto conference, held annually in Singapore and Dubai, drawing tens of thousands of founders, investors, and ecosystem builders. The company is seeking an Account Manager for the Commercial team in Hong Kong or Singapore to own sponsor relationships and drive event success for the industry's most prominent brands.

What you'll do

• Become the dedicated point of contact for major sponsors from the moment their deal closes, guiding them through onboarding, deliverables, timelines, and event logistics
• Build and maintain relationships with tier-one clients in the Web3 space—L1 and L2 blockchains, exchanges, venture capital firms, and infrastructure providers—understanding their marketing goals and ensuring Token2049 delivers measurable value
• Coordinate across Operations, Marketing, and Production teams to execute sponsored booths, branding placements, speaking slots, and ancillary events flawlessly
• Identify and pitch upsell opportunities including premium sponsorship tiers, VIP experiences, and side-event partnerships in the weeks leading to the conference
• Drive retention and growth by collecting post-event feedback, sharing ROI data with sponsors, and securing early commitments for future editions
• Handle real-time problem-solving during event setup and execution, managing sponsor requests and on-site issues with composure

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years managing accounts, client success, or B2B event partnerships; prior experience in tech, fintech, or Web3 is strongly preferred
• Practical knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and its major players; comfort discussing DeFi, DePIN, and current market dynamics without needing technical depth
• Demonstrated ability to juggle numerous accounts simultaneously while keeping deadlines and deliverables on track
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of navigating difficult conversations and presenting confidently to C-level executives
• Composure under pressure in high-velocity event environments with compressed timelines
