Product Manager

Token2049 runs the world's largest Web3 and crypto event ecosystem, hosting massive annual gatherings in Singapore and Dubai that draw 50,000+ global innovators. SuperAI is their flagship platform for the artificial intelligence ecosystem, bringing together pioneers and builders at the frontier of compute and intelligence. This is a full-time Product Manager role based in Singapore or Hong Kong, where you'll own the digital infrastructure that connects attendees, partners, and investors across both event ecosystems.

Token2049 has positioned itself as more than a once-a-year conference. They've built continuous, infrastructure-driven digital and physical networks. SuperAI extends this model into the AI space. You'll be at the center of both, designing and shipping the products that make these experiences work.

What you'll do

• Define and drive the product vision for TOKEN2049 and SuperAI platforms, aligning digital tools with physical experiences like the NEXT Hackathons, Nexus Startup competitions, and AFTER 2049.
• Own the full lifecycle of digital products: web platforms, native mobile apps, attendee portals, and badging systems. You'll handle scoping, wireframing, engineering sprints, QA, and deployment.
• Build and scale AI-driven features including AI-powered networking tools, automated attendee matchmaking, and conversational assistants on Telegram and in-app.
• Work across Marketing, Commercial/Sponsorships, and Operations teams to translate business needs and hard deadlines into technical execution.
• Monitor product metrics like user engagement, app adoption, and connection success rates. Use data to identify and eliminate friction points in the digital infrastructure.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of product management experience launching and scaling consumer-facing web or mobile applications, ideally in startups, B2B marketplaces, or event tech.
• Solid understanding of Web3 concepts like wallets, token gating, and NFTs, plus familiarity with AI infrastructure including LLMs, AI agents, and conversational UI.
• Comfort with tight deadlines and high execution velocity. Event launch dates don't move; you thrive shipping features rapidly under pressure.
• Technical literacy. You speak the language of engineering, know APIs, content management systems, and custom mobile apps.
• A sharp eye for UI/UX design. You can craft clean, high-end interfaces that appeal to C-level executives and elite developers.
