Product Manager

Token2049 is a premier conference and community platform bringing together leaders in cryptocurrency and blockchain innovation. They also operate SuperAI, an initiative focused on artificial intelligence developments in the Web3 space. The company is expanding its digital footprint and needs a Product Manager to own the evolution of their online platforms and drive user engagement across multiple digital touchpoints.

You'll take the lead on TOKEN2049 and SuperAI's suite of digital properties—spanning websites, ticketing systems, sponsorship dashboards, and community portals. This means defining the product roadmap and ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ship features that improve both functionality and user experience. Day-to-day, you'll analyze user data and behavior patterns to inform decisions, manage stakeholders across internal and external groups, and keep projects moving from planning through delivery. You'll also track industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure the platforms stay competitive and modern.

To succeed here, you need at least five years working in product management, digital platform development, or UX/UI roles. You understand UX/UI principles deeply and have shipped products that balance clean design with strong functionality. You've worked with Webflow before and know how to manage developers and technical initiatives. You're comfortable with website content management systems, analytics platforms, and similar tooling. You can juggle strategy and execution without losing the plot, and you've steered cross-functional teams and external partners toward shared outcomes.
