The platform facilitates cross-border payments and liquidity across crypto exchanges and financial institutions globally. Tether continues to expand its services beyond stablecoins into adjacent financial products and services.
Tether Capital is building a new credit division to serve the digital finance ecosystem. - Evaluate company financial statements, cash flow patterns, liquidity conditions, and ability to service debt obligations.
- Set lending amounts, establish repayment terms, define covenants, establish security requirements, and implement additional risk management protections.
- Create credit policies, underwriting standards, documentation templates, and portfolio concentration limits to govern the platform's lending activities.
- Track credit quality and borrower performance through ongoing monitoring processes and risk assessment frameworks.
- Contribute to the growth and operational scaling of this newly launched credit business.
What you'll bring
- A minimum of 10 years working in credit roles with demonstrated expertise in underwriting and deal structuring rather than analytical work alone.
