In this role, you'll serve as the strategic finance partner to the Marketing organization, owning the financial architecture that drives every marketing decision. This is an ownership seat with direct visibility to executive leadership, not a traditional reporting function. You will build the models, measurement systems, and operating rhythms that transform marketing investments into sustainable growth.

What you'll do

• Own the financial operating plan for Marketing, including budget allocation, campaign ROI analysis, and investment decisions that balance B2C growth with unit economics discipline
• Build and maintain channel-level unit economics models, including CAC, LTV, and payback analysis that inform where marketing should deploy capital next
• Create a single source of truth connecting marketing spend to acquisition, retention, and revenue outcomes across channels and cohorts
• Work across the organization to tie marketing performance directly to measurable business results, analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics to guide capital deployment strategy
• Partner with the Marketing team to size experiments, establish success metrics, and forecast impact on growth and unit economics
• Develop clear, repeatable reporting systems that track performance, targets, variance, and translate learnings into actionable strategy
• Use AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis cycles, replacing manual processes with scalable infrastructure that matches Lovable's operating speed

What you'll bring

• Four or more years of experience supporting Marketing leadership in a financial or operational capacity
• Strong foundation in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting, combined with operational experience at a high-growth startup, AI company, or scaled technology firm
• Expert-level Excel modeling skills and comfort working with data through SQL, business intelligence tools, or equivalent platforms
• Demonstrated ability to decompose blended CAC, trace attribution across channels, and make clear recommendations on budget allocation and cuts
• Proactive, service-first mindset with ownership of the operationally demanding work required for clean cross-team handoffs
• Capacity to learn rapidly, take immediate ownership, and thrive in low-structure environments where playbooks don't yet exist
• Bachelor's degree required

• Proficiency with AI tools and agents for automating analysis work
• Direct experience with brand spend, paid acquisition, and organic loop interactions
• Background in B2C growth or high-velocity scaling environments
