IT Support Specialist

Webflow is hiring an IT Support Specialist to be the hands-on technical anchor for the Buenos Aires office. In this role, you'll combine help desk support with on-site technical work, managing everything from employee tickets to audiovisual systems to office infrastructure. You'll work with the Workplace Experience team to ensure the office runs smoothly and support the Argentina-based workforce with responsive, thoughtful service.

What you'll do

• Process employee support tickets using AI-powered help desk systems to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently while building out internal documentation and knowledge bases

• Manage audiovisual equipment setup for meetings, presentations, and events throughout the office

• Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems on macOS devices and related office technology

• Coordinate with the Workplace Experience team on equipment ordering, provisioning, and office space modifications

• Support new hire onboarding activities as needed, including account creation, hardware setup, and first-day enablement

• Perform hands-on office work such as desk setup, equipment installation, and office build-outs, including lifting up to 20 pounds

• Maintain hardware and software inventory records and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams

What you'll bring

• Two to four years of direct experience with help desk ticketing systems and resolving technical support requests

• Proficiency with AI-powered tools and a proactive mindset about learning emerging technologies to improve workflows

• Experience supporting audiovisual setups for meetings and larger events

• Strong troubleshooting skills in macOS environments

• Knowledge of new hire onboarding processes, account setup, and hardware provisioning

• Clear, patient communication style and genuine warmth when working with colleagues

• Ability to work flexibly across different types of tasks, from routine tickets to event support to physical office work

• Curiosity and commitment to staying current with technology advancements

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Mosaic and Miro or similar collaborative platforms
