P2P Growth Director

OKX operates one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges and wallet platforms, serving millions of retail users and hundreds of institutional clients. The company is part of OKG, a broader blockchain ecosystem that includes OKLink and other products reshaping how people access crypto markets globally.

This role sits within User Risk Management but focuses on growth. You'll lead OKX's peer-to-peer marketplace, where users trade crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers. This is a high-ownership position: you'll be the frontline operator managing relationships with professional market makers across multiple countries, keeping the orderbook deep and healthy while building something that scales.

Your core responsibilities

Oversee the P2P liquidity-provider programme end-to-end. Monitor marketplace depth and coverage gaps, manage tiering frameworks and account structures, and drive partner retention and satisfaction metrics upward.

Lead growth and retention strategy through data. You'll build funnels, run recurring analysis on partner behavior, and translate findings into concrete decisions that move the needle.

Manage high-volume partner relationships across markets. This means understanding each provider's operational needs, removing blockers, and maintaining service quality as the marketplace grows.

Partner with the user risk team on marketplace health. You'll help identify high-risk user profiles and reduce disputes, though growth remains your primary focus—risk exposure is secondary.

We're looking for someone with 7+ years managing high-value clients or partners, ideally across multiple markets. You need proven track record scaling partner programmes and team leadership. Data fluency is essential: you read metrics, own your funnels, and make decisions from analysis rather than intuition.

This is a builder's role. You've shipped something from zero to one, you're genuinely hungry, and you'll push into harder, emerging markets instead of playing it safe. Payments, remittance, or fintech backgrounds are especially valuable. Crypto experience helps but isn't required—strong operators from marketplace and internet companies are equally welcome.

You'll be fluent in English and preferably Mandarin, particularly if covering Greater China markets.

Nice to have: experience with fiat on-ramps, cross-border payments, user segmentation, or fraud and trust operations. Exposure to Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America or MENA is a plus.

Position is full-time and based in the APAC region.
