PR Manager, Pakistan

The Communications team is seeking a PR Manager to lead all public relations and communications efforts in Pakistan. You'll be the primary voice shaping how Binance is perceived in the market, working independently to build reputation, drive visibility, and position the company strategically across local media and stakeholder networks.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the Pakistan PR and communications strategy, aligned with regional and global priorities
• Identify and pitch proactive stories that strengthen Binance's reputation and market positioning
• Create communications plans for product launches, partnerships, announcements and major business initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters and key media contacts across Pakistan
• Draft press releases, media statements, talking points, Q&As, briefing documents and executive messaging
• Manage senior executive media engagements and prepare leaders for interviews and public appearances
• Handle communications projects independently from strategy through execution, managing timelines, approvals and stakeholder coordination
• Collaborate with the broader MENA Communications team on regional campaigns, media outreach and events
• Work across Pakistan leadership, Marketing and Business functions to align communications priorities
• Oversee communications agencies and external partners, including performance tracking and reporting
• Respond to and manage crisis communications situations when they arise

What you'll bring

• 5+ years working in public relations, corporate communications or media relations
• Deep professional network with established relationships across Pakistan's journalist and media community
• Proven track record developing and executing PR strategies and campaigns independently
• Strong understanding of Pakistan's business, financial, technology and mainstream media landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
• Experience writing press releases, statements, talking points and executive materials
• Track record managing senior-level executive communications and media training
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management skills across functions, cultures and organizational levels
• Self-directed approach with comfort taking ownership with minimal supervision
• Sound judgment navigating complex or sensitive communications situations

Nice to have

• Background in technology, fintech, financial services, digital assets or other fast-moving regulated industries
• Experience in multinational or international organizations
• Communications responsibility across MENA or broader Middle East markets
• Arabic language capabilities
• Established relationships with regional or pan-MENA media contacts
