Senior PR KOL Specialist

Binance operates the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, serving over 300 million users across 100+ countries. The company provides a full ecosystem of digital asset services—from trading and institutional solutions to education, payments, and Web3 features. They're building toward a more accessible financial system using blockchain technology.

The Marketing team is looking for a Senior PR KOL Specialist to manage key opinion leader partnerships in the Dubai office. You'll own influencer relationships from discovery through activation, coordinate major events, and serve as the primary contact between Binance and high-profile crypto voices.

What you'll do

• Source, engage, and nurture KOL relationships that align with Binance's brand and business strategy across the crypto space.
• Plan and execute end-to-end KOL events—brand activations, networking gatherings, partnership meetings—from concept to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact between Binance and KOLs, handling communication with professionalism and relationship expertise.
• Manage sensitive communications and crisis situations involving KOLs, staying calm and strategic under pressure.
• Track and report on KOL performance metrics, campaign results, and shifts in public sentiment.
• Work across departments like Growth, Compliance, and broader Marketing to keep KOL initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Represent Binance at industry events, media activities, and KOL-facing engagements.

What you'll bring

• A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5+ years managing KOL or influencer portfolios, particularly in tech, fintech, or consumer sectors.
• Proven ability to independently run KOL relationships from recruitment to launch—ready to contribute quickly with minimal ramp-up.
• Fluent English for coordinating with international partners; additional languages valued.
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine comfort engaging prominent figures in high-stakes conversations.
• Polished presentation style and willingness to represent the brand publicly at events and on camera.
• Sound judgment in navigating sensitive situations and crisis scenarios.
• Self-motivated, detail-focused, and energized by fast-paced, autonomous work.
