You'll lead the React Native mobile experience across iOS and Android for millions of users globally. You'll work within a compact, cross-functional Experiences squad of 4–6 engineers alongside a product manager and design team, meaning your decisions reach production quickly and your fingerprints are visible on everything shipped. As the engineering landscape expands, you'll help build across new product pillars.

What you'll do

• Architect, develop and maintain React Native products and features for iOS and Android platforms
• Partner closely with product managers to design solutions and implementation strategies for new capabilities
• Collaborate with other product teams to deliver and refine customer-facing features
• Contribute to project estimation, planning and execution alongside engineering and product stakeholders
• Integrate with external service providers to maintain operational continuity
• Write thoroughly tested, high-performance code while maintaining and improving the existing codebase
• Work directly with designers, product thinkers and users to create meaningful impact at scale

What you'll bring

• Extensive React Native or mobile development experience from leading startups or high-growth tech companies
• Proven ability to develop, release and maintain mobile applications in fast-paced, iterative environments
• Either hands-on experience with parts of the tech stack, or confidence in rapidly upskilling and cross-training
• Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality or thoughtfulness
