This is a full-time remote position where you'll serve as a key execution partner for Tether's institutional expansion strategy. Reporting to the Head of USAT Institutional, you'll drive operational connectivity, regional growth, and institutional onboarding across strategic global corridors. You'll work directly with senior leadership to transform pilots into production-ready infrastructure while managing complex cross-border initiatives from concept through launch.
What you'll do
- Lead on-ramp and off-ramp infrastructure development across high-value regions, analyzing liquidity flows and payment ecosystem friction points to optimize global connectivity
- Oversee local stablecoin foreign exchange pilots from design through transition into live production environments, establishing clear milestone roadmaps along the way
- Serve as primary project manager for geographic expansion initiatives, conducting market research and monitoring regulatory developments to identify and prioritize new corridor opportunities
- Manage day-to-day operational execution and compliance workflows as institutional clients adopt USAT, maintaining structured KPI tracking and status reporting for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate across technical, regulatory, and business teams to ensure execution velocity on active institutional workflows
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, plus three to six years of project management, business development, or operational experience in fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives, coordinate across technical and regulatory workstreams, and drive projects from inception to close
- Solid foundational knowledge of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech landscapes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work effectively with internal partners, regional teams, and institutional clients
- Proactive, organized approach to working independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment; comfort operating at velocity with limited process overhead
