Global Crypto-as-a-Service Partnership- Senior Specialist/Lead

Binance is the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange platform, serving millions of users across global markets. The company continues expanding its institutional and enterprise offerings through strategic partnerships. As a Senior Specialist/Lead in the Global Crypto-as-a-Service Partnership team, you'll be the driving force behind identifying and scaling high-value partnerships that unlock new revenue streams and market opportunities for the Business Development division.

You'll own the complete partnership journey. This means sourcing and qualifying potential partners across key markets and verticals, crafting compelling pitches tailored to each opportunity, structuring commercial terms, negotiating deals, and shepherding projects through closure and beyond. You'll identify strategic priority partners, build relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers, and maintain those connections to fuel long-term growth. Your responsibilities extend to coordinating technical integration requirements, overseeing launch planning, and ensuring smooth post-signature execution alongside Operations and Product teams.

Cross-functional collaboration will be central to your success. You'll work continuously with Product, Tech, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align on partnership requirements, resolve blockers, and drive execution. You'll also monitor competitive activity and ecosystem trends to spot emerging partnership angles before others do, and you'll work to refine internal processes and frameworks to improve how the team operates at scale.

What you'll bring

• Substantial background in business development, strategic partnerships, commercial strategy, or ecosystem growth, ideally within crypto, fintech, payments, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to independently source, negotiate, and close complex partnership deals end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of local market dynamics in your region, with strong connections to key industry players and decision-makers.
• Solid grasp of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital assets; genuine interest in the space.
• Experience translating business partnership needs into product and technical requirements; familiarity with APIs and integration workflows.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management across internal and external senior leaders.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese; additional languages are valuable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong independent ownership and execution discipline.

• Background in payments or fintech partnerships.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
