Enterprise Account Executive - FSI

The financial services industry represents a critical application area for AI, where safety and compliance are paramount. Anthropic is expanding its presence in Korea's FSI sector and seeks a seasoned enterprise sales leader to drive adoption of its AI solutions among banks, insurers, asset managers, and fintech companies.

In this Enterprise Account Executive role based in Seoul or Paris, you will lead the complete sales process for Anthropic's AI technology within Korea's financial services market. You'll develop territory strategies, identify opportunities across retail banking, corporate and investment banking, insurance, asset management, and fintech segments, and build relationships with senior stakeholders at major institutions. Your work will involve consultative selling with heads of digital transformation, risk and compliance leaders, IT executives, and business unit leaders who shape technology decisions at the institutional level.

What you'll do

• Own revenue targets and build new accounts while expanding existing customer relationships across Korea's FSI companies
• Execute territory plans that systematically identify and pursue opportunities across multiple banking and financial services segments
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes navigating organizational hierarchies and decision-making structures typical of large financial institutions
• Work closely with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships, and Legal to develop solutions meeting financial-sector security and compliance requirements
• Navigate Korea's regulatory landscape, particularly Financial Supervisory Service requirements, data residency standards, and model risk frameworks
• Stay current with industry trends shaping Korean financial services, including digital banking transformation, AI applications in risk and underwriting, and evolving regulatory approaches to AI in finance

What you'll bring

• Eight or more years of enterprise sales experience in Korea, with substantial background in financial services
• Deep knowledge of how Korean financial institutions evaluate and adopt technology, including the influence of regulators, risk and compliance functions, and IT governance structures
• Demonstrated experience managing Financial Supervisory Service review processes and regulatory requirements—essential for this market
• Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder FSI deals involving rigorous security and compliance evaluation
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets within financial services accounts
• Fluency in both Korean and English
• Genuine commitment to AI safety and responsible technology deployment
