We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join our Vienna-based Europe team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead quality assurance operations for Bybit's European market, shaping how the organization approaches testing, quality standards, and release management across the region.

What you'll do

• Oversee and direct the EU test management framework, including test processes, test data environments, and the structure of testing teams
• Partner with business and SRE teams to manage and control all releases to the Bybit EU platform
• Lead or participate in comprehensive testing execution for major system changes, ensuring all updates meet business requirements
• Maintain quality standards across tested systems and resolve technical challenges that arise in the testing workflow
• Design and develop testing tools and automated testing frameworks to scale QA capabilities

What you'll bring

• Strong proficiency in English and Chinese
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, information management, or a closely related field
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as C, C++, Java, Python, or Perl
• Deep understanding of software development processes and expertise in software testing theory, methodology, test tool design, and automated testing frameworks
• Demonstrated experience working within cryptocurrency exchange environments

• Background in scaling QA operations for global platforms
