The Ripple Trading and Markets team is looking for a Manager of Liquidity Management based in London to help scale and optimize the liquidity ecosystem around RLUSD and other Ripple products. You'll own market maker relationships and external liquidity programs, working across custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and other venues to ensure efficient capital flow. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment.
What you'll do
- Support and coordinate market maker relationships and liquidity programs for RLUSD, RippleX, and Ripple Payments, handling onboarding, day-to-day engagement, and analytics
- Monitor market maker performance against program terms, produce regular reports, and escalate issues as needed
- Execute RLUSD taker adoption initiatives by running incentive programs, tracking uptake by segment, and informing strategy
- Build visibility across the digital liquidity landscape, connecting dots between custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and market makers
- Track bridge inventory and liquidity positioning across venues to support internal liquidity management
- Collaborate with Risk, Trading, and Leadership on depeg management and risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare analysis and materials for market maker and partner conversations
- Work cross-functionally with Trading, Product, Business Development, Legal, and Operations to scale programs as volumes grow
- Identify financial institutions and institutional investors interested in tokenized real-world assets to build ecosystem demand
What you'll bring
- Seven to nine years in traditional markets, crypto, or related industry
- Strong grasp of the digital liquidity landscape and ability to navigate custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and market makers
- Trading market exposure (traditional, crypto, or both) with solid understanding of market making and liquidity provision
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing high volumes and multiple relationships simultaneously
- Ability to create structure and processes in ambiguous situations
- Understanding of blockchain technology and familiarity with how real-world assets (RWAs) work
- Personal or professional crypto experience, including moving funds and interacting with DeFi platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related analytical field
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and excellent written and verbal communication
- Passion for fintech and Ripple's vision
