As a Senior Field Marketing Specialist based in São Paulo, you'll lead regional marketing efforts for Ripple Treasury, driving growth across Latin America through strategic field initiatives and account-based marketing campaigns. You'll own the full lifecycle of regional programs—from executive dinners and industry events to targeted campaigns designed to engage CFOs and Treasurers at enterprise companies. This is a hands-on role that blends creative thinking with analytical rigor, requiring you to deliver measurable pipeline impact while building lasting relationships with key decision makers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies and ABM programs aligned with sales goals, owning the regional budget and maximizing ROI on all campaigns and events

• Plan and host high-impact regional events including executive roundtables, workshops, webinars, and dinners that engage target accounts and accelerate deal cycles

• Design creative, multi-touch ABM plays that combine digital outreach, direct mail, thoughtful gifting, and experiential engagement to drive account progression with finance executives

• Manage Ripple Treasury's presence at key industry conferences and trade associations, coordinating with global events teams on large-scale activations

• Build integrated campaigns using Zoominfo intent data to identify buying signals, collaborate with Account Executives on personalized messaging, and develop supporting assets through content and product marketing teams

• Track campaign performance through HubSpot and Salesforce, analyzing metrics like pipeline contribution, qualified contacts, and engagement rates to optimize future initiatives

• Partner with sales, marketing operations, and regional teams to ensure campaign execution, proper attribution, and continuous improvement based on field insights

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 5+ years of B2B field marketing or demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software environments

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese required; proficiency in both is a strong advantage

• Proven track record planning and executing integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline results, with demonstrated budget management and ROI accountability

• Experience managing enterprise sales processes and engaging C-level executives, particularly in finance roles

• Strong project management skills, marketing automation platform expertise (HubSpot preferred), and Salesforce CRM proficiency

• Creative approach to designing memorable engagement tactics including gifting, direct mail, and experiential marketing

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• 2+ years of ABM experience with tools like 6sense or Demandbase

• Background in treasury management, payments, or financial technology sectors

• Familiarity with gifting platforms such as Sendoso or Reachdesk

• Data-driven mindset with marketing analytics and reporting capabilities
